My mother lived in Vita until she was 19. She was born in NYC and was born in 1918. Her maiden name was Pedone. I am interested in visiting there. I don't know anything about your family. I think Vita may be a ghost town now. What do you know about it? Also, have you heard of the Accardi's? I think they may have been from Trapini.
