Hi, I happened to be gathering info for my mother's 90th birthday party and happened across this website with your question. My mother was born in Spoltore and came to the U.S. in 1923. She currently lives in Weirton, WV which is just across the state line from Steubenville, Ohio (about 5 miles). Our family knows a Mario and Henry Demasis who are brothers. Mario lives in Port Charlotte, FL but did live in Steubenville. Henry currently lives in Weirton. One of my brothers who is now deceased, lived near Mario and my mother remembers visiting him when she visited my brother. These brothers would be in their early 70's and their parents were born in Spoltore with my mother.
