I'm looking for any information regarding the Garofalo family from Petilia Policastro, province of Crotone, region of Calabria. My grandfather's name was Michele Garofalo, arrived in the United States in May of 1910 with two brothers, Santo and Francesco. They went to Dayton PA where their brother-in-law, Dominic Serianni,(Sirianni Serian) was living with their sister, Mary Garofalo. I've been told that my great-uncles, Santo and Francesco, went back to Petilia Policastro. However, if possible, I would like to find out what my grandfather, Michele's, mother's maiden name was.
